From the beginning, we never stopped in visiting specialized shows all over the world, looking for companies and products that can provide solutions to the Italian market.
We analyze with utmost attention the overall proposal of the companies we selected, which we visit on site, and focus the attention on targeting an ideal selection to approach the Italian market.

We define different ways of communicating to the marketplace.

Commercial and distribution strategy
We establish the commercial strategy of the companies we distribute, as well as distribution
principles, which is normally oriented to hotel dealers, avoiding therefore any
- attentive distribution;
- higher margins for our Selected Dealers;
- access to our Italian based stock, dedicated to our partners only ;
- being part of an elite distribution network.
We study with our companies the best offers, trying to give maximum support also from the display point of view, as well as provide additional visual and explanatory marketing material.
After sale activity
For every need or after-sales need, we are at your disposal, as a reference point for the Italian market of the companies we represent and distribute.
We try to give constant and effective support, providing all the elements that can help the sales process, and focus mainly on training, especially on:
- production processes;
- sales processes, also with joint visits to end users together with our Selected Partners.
Management and administration
Our Customer Service carries out all activities aimed to management and administrative side,
both in favor of our customers and suppliers, becoming the “missing link” between parts.
We take care of:
- Order management, and invoicing, with order confirmations into Italian;
- Logistic management;
- Shipping management.
Customers won’t have to worry about dealing with foreign companies, and if they purchase from Smile Hotellerie, not even about Intrastat customs declarations, if delivered in Italy.
